At the presence of the Minister of National Defence Dimitris Avramopoulos and the NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, the joint exercise “PYRPOLITIS” took place today at the sea area of the island Platia.
The exercise was attended by the Alternate Minister of National Defence Fofi Gennimata, the Deputy Minister of National Defence Ioannis Labropoulos, the Chief of HNDGS General Michail Kostarakos, the Chief of HNGS Vice Admiral Evangelos Apostolakis HN, the Chief of the HAFGS Lieutenant General (AF) Evangelos Tournas and the Chief of HAGS Lieutenant General Christos Manolas.
