The Minister of National Defence Dimitris Avramopoulos pays today an official visit to Georgia.
Mr. Avramopoulos will meet with Georgia’s Minister of Defence Mr. Irakli Alasania. After their meeting, Mr. Alasania will host a dinner in the honour of the Minister of National Defence.
Later on, the Minister of National Defence will depart for Armenia where he will also pay an official visit.
On Tuesday, October 29, 2013, Mr. Avramopoulos will have talks, in consecutive meetings, with his Armenian counterpart Mr. Seyran Ohanyan and the Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr. Edward Nalbandyan.
The Minister of National Defence will also be accepted by the President of the Republic of Armenia Mr. Serzh Sargsyan.
Mr. Avramopoulos will return to Athens tomorrow evening.
