The Minister of National Defence, Dimitris Avramopoulos, will pay a two days’ official visit to Cyprus tomorrow.
On Monday September 30, Mr. Avramopoulos will meet with the President of the Republic of Cyprus, Nicos Anastasiades, the Minister of Defence, Photis Photiou, and the Archbishop of Cyprus, Chrysostomos II.
On Tuesday October 1, the Minister of National Defence, representing the Greek government, will attend the military parade which will be held in the context of the celebrations for the 53rd anniversary of the declaration of Republic of Cyprus’ independence.
The same day, Mr. Avramopoulos will also meet with representatives of the Cypriot parties.
