Mr. Avramopoulos addressed the following statement:
“We shared along with the people of Kalamata a beautiful and full of piety celebration for the feast of the Presentation of Jesus in the Temple and of Virgin Mary, patron saint of Kalamata.
From this part of our country we send a message of love and solidarity to the entire Greek people. At these difficult times we must take every chance to forge our social cohesion and national unity.
Only in this manner we will overcome the difficulties and inaugurate a more hopeful future for our country.
With Virgin Mary’s blessings, our common effort and a spirit of solidarity and unanimity we will achieve it.
Greece will soon find again its orientation and will become a powerful factor in the economy and in our wider region.”
