The Minister of National Defence Dimitris Avramopoulos is at the United States of America, invited by the “Constantine G. Karamanlis” institute.
On Wednesday November 13, Mr. Avramopoulos will deliver a lecture at the Constantine G. Karamanlis Chair in Hellenic and European Studies, at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy of the Tufts University of Boston, on “The New Geopolitical Role of Greece”.
Moreover, following an invitation to brunch by the European Club of the Harvard Kennedy School on Thursday November 14, the Minister of National Defence will lecture the School’s post-graduate students on the geopolitical developments in the region of South Mediterranean and the course of Europe towards exiting the financial crisis.
During his stay, Mr. Avramopoulos will have meetings with delegates of the local Hellenic Community and a delegation of the American Jewish Committee (AJC).
