Today is the time for delivery both on migration and security. We are running out of time.
What I expect today, is MS to be committed, that they will deliver immediately on all these issues – PNR, terrorism, hotspots, relocation, Europol.
I count a lot on the spirit of responsibility, of commitment, and the European spirit that should prevail in our meeting today.
Time is not our ally any more. It is a very important day today, the moment to deliver.
We have had during all this time many meetings like this, but this is the most important one.
