In his first official visit abroad as Foreign Minister of Greece, Dimitris Avramopoulos will carry out a trip to the Republic of Cyprus on Sunday and Monday, 1 and 2 July 2012. Foreign Minister Avramopoulos will be received by the President of the Republic of Cyprus, Demetris Christofias, and he will meet with the President of the House of Representatives, Yiannakis Omirou, Foreign Minister Erato Markoulli, and the heads of the parliamentary parties.
Mr. Avramopoulos’s itinerary includes visits to and the laying of wreaths at the Imprisoned Graves and the Tomb of Makedonitissa.
