Due to the emergency measures taken by U.S. authorities due to hurricane Sandy, including airport closures and cancelled flights, Foreign Minister Dimitris Avramopoulos was unable to carry out his official visit to Canada and his meeting with the Hellenic Initiative coordinators in New York City.
For these reasons, all of the Foreign Minister’s meetings in New York and Canada have been postponed to a later time. The new schedule will be announced as soon as it is finalized.
