The Minister of National Defence Dimitris Avramopoulos convenes tomorrow Friday, October 31 2014, at 10:30, in the Ministry of National Defence, a joint meeting for the political and military leadership and the members of the Branches’ Supreme Councils.

During our long and glorious history, the day of October 28th 1940 has a special place. It is a day of national memory and exaltation for all Greeks, and for these reasons we celebrate it with pride and national unity.
The Minister of National Defence Dimitris Avramopoulos will go to Strasbourg for 24 hours, so as to participate to tomorrow’s ad hoc plenary session of the European Parliament, where the new European Commission will be voted.
