In Kosovo, at the invitation of the President of the Republic, I took part in a roundtable discussion on the protection of children and women, within the framework of the Women, Peace and Security (WPS) Forum in Pristina.
The safety of the most vulnerable is not a peacetime luxury; it is the foundation of any society that aspires to be democratic, civilized, and sustainable.
In this context, the initiative of the President of Kosovo is substantive and commendable.
