On this day, twenty-seven years ago, Greece bid farewell to one of the most important leaders in its history.

The Ethnarch and founder of our political family, Konstantinos Karamanlis, left behind a legacy of great national significance and a political ethos rarely encountered.

With vision, steadiness, and a strong sense of responsibility, he served the homeland in critical moments, laying the foundations of democracy and leading the country into the wider European family. His memory remains alive; we always remember him with respect and honor.
